A pairing book for the inner circle. We sort the groups and the booking. You sort the excuses — and the side game. Each club on the site has its own login, roster, and admins.

Pick your club on the home page and sign in with your membership number. Your club admin will give you the initial password. You can change it anytime once you are in.

Ask a club admin. They add players to that club’s roster. Fairway Circle is not a public golf-club booking site — it is for the circles that run on it.

Yes. Booking the golf is our job. Admins turn auto booking on; it runs in the background and follows that club’s timesheet process — Join Draw where the club runs a lottery, or first to the sheet where it doesn’t — and books the fours on Comp tees. Until that is done, groups show Tee TBA.

No. Auto booking is optional. Fairway Circle can simply sort the playing partners — who is in which group — and you book the time slots with your club yourself. Groups show Tee TBA until a time is on the card.

Each club has its own window.

A lottery is a club’s own draw for timesheet access — usually a Join Draw in the minutes before the sheet unlocks. Members who join are given a random number; the lowest numbers book first. Clubs that do not run a lottery simply open the sheet first-come. Fairway Circle does not intervene in any club’s booking protocol. We stand in line for you — same window, same rules, same odds. No one is jumped, and no one is cheated out of their spot.

Each club sets its own playing days — any mix from Sunday through Saturday. Redland Bay, the original circle, plays Wednesday and Saturday. Admins must pick those days when a new club joins, and can change them later from Auto booking. Every club can also add a named special day on a date that is not a regular play day.

No. Fairway Circle is just here to help with the distribution of playing groups. Some admins select a mix so carts can be shared if they are available. The choice is always yours.

Yes. The Circle thread is your own club. Direct messages and groups can reach anyone on Fairway Circle — search by name or club from Messages.

Optional games off the round — a bit of fun, or extra bets if you want them. They sit alongside the pairing book and do not change who is in your group. Play them or leave them.

No. All bets are settled between the players. Fairway Circle does not hold the stake.

The circle signs you out after 10 minutes idle. Sign in again from the home page.

No. Fairway Circle is the pairing book for the circles that use it. Tee times are booked through the club’s own system. For clubhouse, membership, or course questions, go to the golf club.
